Upgrade of National Route N2 between Umtentweni interchange and Hibberdene interchange, section 22 & 23. Design, contract documentation, construction monitoring, close out report for the construction of additional carriageway to upgrade from a single carriageway to dual carriageway freeway in KZN. Total length of 21 kms.
