INGEROP SOUTH AFRICA RETAINING A LEVEL 1 BBBEE RATING
On the back of the CSCC’s (Construction Sector Charter Council) new rules and regulations regarding BBBEE, Ingerop South Africa have been working hard to gain a higher level certification. These new regulations which were promulgated in 2017 have made it extremely difficult for companies in the engineering sector to have success in winning projects. Through a long, arduous journey ISA implemented their plan of action in preparation for the next BBBEE Audit that began mid-2018 and after a collective effort ISA yielded an incredible result. A level 1 BBBEE score that has held steadfast until this day. This achievement paves the way for a vast array of opportunities and puts us in a very strong position when it comes to competitors in the engineering environment. Our CSI initiatives are aimed at establishing and sustaining positive social development in our surrounding communities. With education being one of our primary CSI focus areas, we continuously concentrate on improving and uplifting previously disadvantaged schools.
