- Technical studies (alignment design, infrastructure, operation, ITS, structures);
- Transport demand forecast using a specifically developed traffic model;
- Economic and financial evaluation;
- Environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA);
- Legal and institutional analysis.
- Implementation documents: engineering plans, tender documents, indicators.
